How To Wake Up Early

I got this issue of staying up longer than I probably should have. For example, it’s 5 in the morning right now lol. Mostly spend my time working on art and projects I wanna get done, but I do have trouble going to sleep in general, my mind just won’t rest because of the worry of not getting anything finished or feeling I didn’t do enough, so I figure might as well be productive. Only thing is that I never get up super early because of that… However, there are times where I’m able to stay up for a whole night and day, forcing myself into going to bed early the next night, leading me to get up early as 3 or 4 a.m., and then I feel like going to bed early from there on… of course the cycle goes out of order eventually, lmao.
My Response To Help Him Learn How To Wake Up Early
I am sometimes up till 3-5AM but then I force myself to get up early. For instance, last night I went to bed at 3:30 but I got up by 8 to hit the gym. Of course I was up late working though. So i felt okay sleeping that extra hour. You just gotta find a balance. Understand you can only get so much done in a day because you are human. But also, do what I said in the how to stop procrastination video where I talked about keeping a list of everything you accomplished that day. This way you can go to bed reminding yourself of ALLLLL the things you got done that day that you may not remember 🙂
